Welcome to my Creativity Circles 2021 evenings.

Creativity and Mental Health goes hand in hand.

Creativity inspires resilience and healing.

Creativity inspires solutions and resolve of burnout, exhaustion, stress, tension, weariness, fatigue, and breakdown. Creativity renders insights and innovative psychological movement and expressed action.

From June till December 2021, I will be hosting 6 Online Creativity Circle Sessions to instigate and inspire your personal development with creative tasks that will prompt your psychological resilience and evolvement.

Each evening session will have a specific theme to focus on and work with over that month. I will guide your process with a thought-provoking presentation in the first half of the meeting to instigate your creative process. There will be time for questions and discussions and even sharing of your processes and assignment results if you wish to do so.

Journaling your thoughts, dreams, and creative expressions to track your development and emotional resolutions, is advised. Journaling is a way to keep record of your thought and action processes. The Creativity Circle is meant to strengthen your inner psychological resources to overcome personal challenges though insights, awareness and actions taken, resulting from your creative tasks.

Assignments are due one week before the next Creativity Circle Date. An email to me with your final assignment will enable me to give you feedback and thoughts to stimulate additional ideas and insights to support your progress.

You need no art or craft experience or skill to participate in these online Creativity Circle group activities.

The Group is an ideal way to participate in creative processes, because of the diversity of individuals that stimulate inspiration. Creativity sprouts from diverse ideas. It is the ‘New’ that manifest from polarities or thoughts that you might not have considered. My groups are respectful and courteous, and I manage professionalism and regard among all with earnest. Personal issues are discussed in individual sessions and not in the group. The group mandate is to focus on principles and tasks that enhance self-development as well as supporting each other to maintain these principles.

You can commit to all 6 Creativity Circle dates or you can reserve your spot for each consecutive Creativity Circle date one week before it commences.

Concepts and ideas demonstrated in some classes are not necessarily repeated in following classes, therefore I do recommend that you participate in all the creativity circle dates for best results in your self-development. The classes build on each other and is meant to be an overall process that benefit you.  You are however not obliged to do so. Choose freely from the themes and dates that you can attend if you cannot commit to all six of the evenings.

Here are the themes of each Creativity Circle Date with their Assignment Date deadlines.
