I practice, encourage and educate awareness of the links between the body, mind and soul to facilitate healing and growth since 1979. I want to inspire and and be inspired by continuous growth in spiritual consciousness, creativity, and positive connections with all people. My body and the way I engage in movement, my mind and its creative expressions in photography and other art, as well as my soul’s dance in its emotional, intellectual and spiritual development and healing, expresses the metaphors of universal ideas in concrete ways.
